    About Our Team

    Our approach is different to a traditional agency, utilising a senior management team and highly experienced sector specific freelancers to give you the best mix of strategy and experience that gets the best results.

    Our founder, Julie Thompson Dredge, takes the lead on developing client strategies and ensuring we are always delivering the the best mix of strategy and results.

    Coming of age in the first dot-com boom, Julie has over twenty years in communications, starting with a multinational telecoms giant in Paris before working for a number of London’s leading communication agencies. Julie founded Frame PR in 2014 using all her experience to deliver impactful PR and social media programmes for the world’s most ambitious organisations.

    Sarah Chappell

    Senior Manager

    Sarah is a multi-skilled communications professional with a range of diverse experience working in commerce, finance and media in the UK, Europe, Russia and Asia. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organisations achieve their goals through effective PR. She specialises in collaborating with founders and CEOs to maximise the impact of their content, particularly their media commentary and Op-eds, Social media output and conference speeches. Previously, Sarah was a TV news reporter at Euronews, The AP and Bloomberg.
